Real Estate: Strategic Acquisitions
Krippa’s real estate portfolio is a key element of his investment success. In 2024, he made a high-profile acquisition of the Ukraina Hotel in central Kyiv for $3 billion (inclusive of VAT). This transaction followed a competitive auction on the Prozorro platform, where Krippa’s company secured the property.
In addition to the hotel, Krippa’s holdings include the Parus Business Center, a 75,000-square-meter office tower, which he acquired in December 2023. At 133.1 meters, Parus is one of Kyiv’s tallest buildings in a prime commercial location.
